A Guide to Pricing, Insurance, and Accessibility at Noble Naturopathic
Noble Naturopathic is committed to helping as many people across British Columbia as possible access quality naturopathic care.
Although operational costs in Vancouver have steadily increased, our clinic has taken deliberate steps to remain affordable without compromising on care. From offering shorter visits and group consultations to submitting directly to insurance providers, we strive to ease the financial burden on our patients.
We understand that health should never feel out of reach. Here’s how we’re doing our part:
- Offering shorter, lower-cost visits for check-ins and focused concerns
- Providing injection therapies and supportive treatments at reduced rates
- Submitting claims directly to all major extended health providers
- Registering promptly with new insurer billing platforms to simplify coverage
- Supporting patients on income assistance by submitting MSP claims (reimbursed at $23 per visit by cheque)
- Extending our 15-minute consultation when needed, especially during financial hardship
How Are Naturopathic Rates Set in BC?
Naturopathic consultation fees in British Columbia are guided by an annual fee survey conducted by the BC Naturopathic Doctors (BCND) Association.
Each year, the BCND collects data from practicing NDs across the province and recommends standard pricing, encouraging clinics to stay within 10% of the provincial average for transparency and consistency.
