In her practice, Natalia combines herbal medicine, energy healing, herbal detoxification, and holistic nutrition to assess and treat each individual based on their unique constitution. In addition to her Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy training, she incorporates quantum healing techniques and oracle cards to support health on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
While Natalia works with a variety of health concerns, she has a special interest in helping clients manage chronic stress, women’s health issues, and detoxification.

Craniosacral Therapy + Reiki
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle bodywork technique designed to relieve compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spine. By applying light pressure to the head, neck, and back, CST helps reduce stress and alleviate pain caused by compression. This therapy is known to assist with conditions such as migraines, headaches, insomnia, neck pain, fibromyalgia, colic in infants, TMJ, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, concussions, and complications during pregnancy.
Through the gentle manipulation of the skull, spine, and pelvis, CST aims to normalize the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system, clearing blockages and enhancing the body’s natural healing processes.
Because everything around us is energy—including our thoughts, emotions, and actions—imbalances in energy can manifest as physical ailments. By incorporating Reiki, Natalia clears energetic blockages, realigns chakras, and creates space for the body to begin its healing journey.
Herbal Consultations
During an herbal consultation, Natalia develops a personalized health plan tailored to your specific needs. This may include recommendations for herbal tinctures (with alcohol-free options available upon request) and teas. She may also incorporate complementary healing modalities such as essential oils and flower essences to support all aspects of health.
