Is stress and anxiety an issue for you?
At Noble, we take a holistic approach to wellness. Most of our plans include lifestyle guidance, supplementation, and nutrition therapy to support your overall health.
When it comes to stress and anxiety, additional interventions are often beneficial. Two of our favorites are acupuncture (offered by most of our team members) and virtual reality therapy (with Dr. David).
If you’ve been struggling to cope with stress or anxiety, either of these treatments could be a viable option for you.

Why Acupuncture?
Research supports the effectiveness of acupuncture in reducing anxiety symptoms:
A 2022 systematic review and meta-analysis concluded that acupuncture can significantly alleviate anxiety in patients with generalized anxiety disorder, with fewer side effects than conventional treatments (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9750622/).
A 2021 meta-analysis found that acupuncture was more effective than control conditions, with a measurable reduction in anxiety symptoms (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7847562/).
Why Virtual Reality Therapy?
Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) has also shown great promise in treating anxiety disorders:
A 2023 meta-analysis found that VRT effectively reduces anxiety symptoms and is especially useful when traditional therapy is unavailable (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37453405/).
A 2020 review highlighted Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) as an effective treatment for Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), showing significant and lasting benefits (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33070784/).
Taking the first step toward relief is easy—just let us know how we can help.
